What does that mean?
We take responsibility for everything we sell, for the lifetime of the product. If at any time, ever, you are not completely satisfied with your Hemp Go Green products, we will gladly refund or replace any of our products free of charge, including your return shipping! (U.S. addresses only. Please see our International Shipping page for more information.)
No really. What exactly is a “lifetime” guarantee?
You wanna get philosophical? (We do! We love philosophy, and we’ve though about this stuff a lot!) Every product has a useful life expectancy. Everything wears-out eventually. Who gets to decide what that useful life expectancy is? You do! If you have loved our product and used it well for years, and it finally dies of natural* causes (that will take a really long time — our bags are really sturdy!), then please purchase a new one to love and cherish for more years to come. However, at any time in the future, if you feel that you have not got your money’s worth from the product, if it fails or wears-out prematurely, we will be happy to replace or refund the item.
We’ll even repair the item for you, if that’s what you want. Maybe it has sentimental value for you, and/or you don’t want to just replace it. We get it! If it can be repaired and put back into useful service, and that’s what you want, we’ll do that for you free of charge, including shipping both ways.
* So what about unnatural causes you might ask?
If your dog uses your hemp bag as a chew toy for example? Or your kids play tug-of-war with it? Or your partner puts your pretty green hemp bag in the laundry with your brand-new pretty red sweater? Or you kid uses your hemp bag as a book bag (great use by the way!), but they decide to drag it all the way to the bus stop instead of carrying it like a normal human? You get the idea…
So, bottom-line is, be honest. If you return your bag to us under this type of condition (showing obvious signs of abuse), we’ll still send you one free replacement. We won’t necessarily be happy about this, but we want you to be happy, so we’ll do it anyway. However, we do reserve the right to post pictures of your damaged bag, and tell the humiliating story of how and why the bag was shamelessly returned. (We will protect your identity, but you know who you are, and you will have to live with the shame and guilt forever.)

We’re sorry we have failed you! Please send us a quick message and let us know how we could have done better! Is there something wrong with the product? Is there anything we can do to improve our product or product description? We value your positive input to help others make better buying decisions!
Returns and exchanges are easy. Just respond to the order confirmation email (or any other order communication) that you received, or send a message to email@example.com to make your request. We will email you a free postage-paid return label (USA only). Please make sure you give us your full name and address, and order number if you have it. As soon as we receive the product return we will issue a refund, or send a replacement, whichever you request.
If you need to return a product from outside the USA, we will still refund or replace the item for you, but you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
