Need to return or exchange something?

We’re sorry we have failed you! Please send us a quick message and let us know how we could have done better! Is there something wrong with the product? Is there anything we can do to improve our product or product description? We value your positive input to help others make better buying decisions!

Returns and exchanges are easy. Just respond to the order confirmation email (or any other order communication) that you received, or send a message to to make your request. We will email you a free postage-paid return label (USA only). Please make sure you give us your full name and address, and order number if you have it. As soon as we receive the product return we will issue a refund, or send a replacement, whichever you request.

If you need to return a product from outside the USA, we will still refund or replace the item for you, but you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
